More About College Athlete Training

The strength and conditioning program for this level is designed to develop a higher functional power output. From a conditioning perspective, I focus on the specific energy systems for maximum speed and power output.

Our weight training philosophy subscribes to a ground-base lifting routine with the use of Olympic style lifts and plyometrics plus standard strength and accessory movements. Great technique is vital as we build functional strength.

I place a heavy concentration in our program of developing a balanced athlete to help prevent injuries. Most athletes in this age group have developed neuromuscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power.

The College Athlete programs are focused on repeated application of learned athleticism to create faster reaction. I try to provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless.


Training Opportunities

  • Seasonal Training
  • One on One Workouts
  • Weekly Programs


Athletic training:
$15 per workout for less times a week.
$12 for 4 or more times a week.

Metabolic training:
$10 per workout.

One on one training:
$60 per workout.

All session will be paid for by the end of the 1st week of training.
