Advanced Athletic Training (Age 13 and Up)

The Advanced Athletic Training class encompasses sports specific training and combines high intensity strength training, acceleration, deceleration and change in direction work with powerlifting.  If you want to be a better athlete and reduce your chances for injury Advanced Athletic Training is for you.  We’ve helped 1000’s of local athlete’s step-up their game by developing higher power & speed outputs while becoming injuries resistant. Our Athletic Training Classes provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on Strength and Power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output.

We have athletes working out with us from many of the different area schools.  If your 13 years old or older we invite you to come and check out our gym.  Tell us about your goals and will work with you to accomplish them.  Stop in some time and let’s chat.

School Year Schedule 22-23

Advanced Athletic Training
Mon-Fri 5:45a, 3:15p and 4:15p. (1 Hour)

Athletic Foundation Training (10-12 year old’s)
Mon-Thur 5:15p and 6:15 (1 Hour)

Adult Metabolic Training
Mon-Fri 5a and 9a. (45 min)
