More About High School Training

Most athletes in this age group have developed neuromuscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. For high school athletes, technique is fine-tuned, and the final pieces to build the total athlete are drilled and re-drilled.

This age’s group programs are focused on repeated application of learned athleticism to create faster reaction. I try to provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on Strength and Power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output.


Athletic training:
Unlimited = $170 (2nd Family  Member = $120)


10 Sessions= $120
20 Sessions = $240
30 Sessions = $300

Metabolic training:
$10 per workout.

One on one training:
$60 per workout.

All session must be paid for in advance.

Packages do not expire at any time.

All member 16 and older are subject to a $20 month to month membership (Athletic Membership) that allows member to use the fitness floor and partake in Group Fitness  classes.

Member under 16 will sign up for a free, Athletic Membership “Under 16”.  If a member is 14 or older and wishes to use the fitness floor they will be charged for an Athletic Membership and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Packages can be shared by members of the household.
