Most athletes in this age group have developed neuromuscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. For high school athletes, technique is fine-tuned, and the final pieces to build the total athlete are drilled and re-drilled.
This age’s group programs are focused on repeated application of learned athleticism to create faster reaction. I try to provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on Strength and Power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output.

$15 per workout less than 4 times a week.
$12 for 4 or more times a week.
$10 per workout.
One on one training:
$60 per workout.
All session will be paid for by the end of the 1st week of training.
